Shipping

We ship worldwide. Unless otherwise stated, all items are PRE-ORDERS. For domestic orders, please allow up to 4-6 business weeks for your order to be made. For international orders, please allow up 4-8 weeks for your order to be processed and 1-4 business weeks for your order to be shipped. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We DO NOT assume responsibility for missing packages.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges, unless an item is defective. If an item is defective, please email us at orders@banishedusa.com

I live outside of United States, how can I make an order? How much is shipping to my area?

We ship everywhere in the world. Shipping is automatically calculated by region, so just put in your address at checkout to see how much shipping will cost.

 

What is the password to the store?

Our store automatically unlocks when we have a drop, no password will be needed.

 

I just received my order but I was sent the wrong size, item, order. Can you exchange it?

Yes, if you got the wrong size, item, or order, please send it to the return address and email orders@banishedusa.com with your order number and we will send you the correct item.

 

I put an old address while I was checking out, can you update it with the right one?

Yes, please contact orders@banishedusa.com to change your address. If your address is invalid, it may not ship until you email us to change it. Address changes can only be accommodated before the item ships.

 

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for another size?

No, please review your order carefully before checking out.
